1. ORIGINALITY & ARTWORK AUTHENTICITY:

Every artwork showcased on Illusion Art Gallery is 100% handcrafted by our studio artists in Kolkata using premium archival grade paper, pen, ink wash, and acrylics. Each original artwork comes with a verified Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PRICING:

All artwork and custom commission prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to revision based on dimensions, subject complexity, and medium.

3. CUSTOM PORTRAIT COMMISSIONS:

Bespoke portrait commissions require a 50% advance deposit to schedule studio time and allocate archival materials. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon client review and approval of the finished photo/video preview prior to dispatch.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT:

All brand assets, original artwork designs, sketches, and promotional media displayed on this website are the proprietary artistic property of Illusion Art Gallery and the creating artist. Physical purchase transfers ownership of the canvas or sheet, while copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless transferred under a commercial contract.

5. USER CONDUCT & ACCURACY OF REFERENCE PHOTOS:

Clients commissioning custom portraits must provide clear, high-resolution reference photos. Illusion Art Gallery is not liable for likeness variances resulting from blurry or low-quality reference images.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Illusion Art Gallery shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential transit delays caused by customs clearance, weather emergencies, or courier logistics disruptions beyond reasonable control.
